Enhanced Job Posting brings the full SEEK experience into your recruitment system, giving you more choice and the guidance you need to create better ads with less effort.

Ad content is pre filled from your role requisition, so you’re not copying and pasting the same details for every job. From there, you’ll see SEEK ad types side by side with clear descriptions, the latest features and estimated performance for views and applications, making it easy to pick the right option for every role. Personalise your ad with add-ons, keep everything on brand with simple branding tools, and choose whether candidates apply directly on SEEK or through your careers site. You can also preview exactly how your ad will look before it goes live.

And there’s more in-flow features on the way. Future releases will include AI powered ad recommendations to help you attract the right talent more easily, plus salary insights and extra guidance so you can fine tune ad quality as you post.

⁠⁠Shortlisting that feels more informed 

Getting a complete picture of your candidates shouldn't mean switching between systems. That’s why SEEK Profiles now show up directly in your recruitment system, so you can see a candidate’s work history, work type and skills without leaving the system you already use.

This applies whether a candidate has applied via SEEK or not, which makes it easier to spot good matches and re engage talent with fresher information over time.
